Return and Refund Policy

At GorillaGro, we aim to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you find yourself needing to return an item, please review our policy below.

Starting the Return Process:
If you have ordered the wrong item or received a damaged product, please initiate your return by contacting us at info@gorillagro.co.za with your order number and the batch number as stated on the product. This will help us handle your request efficiently.

Condition of Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened and in their original packaging. We are unable to offer refunds for any fertilizer products that have been opened.

Return Shipping Costs:
If your item was damaged during delivery, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the shipping costs must be borne by the client. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transport.

Processing Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.
